ABOUT ME
Your One-Stop User Experience Designer
With digital technology paving the way of the future, the need to stand out with exceptional user experiences has become more essential than ever before. I’m proud to be a well-rounded UX Designer from the Boston area. I have a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts, I have taken Graduate level classes at Massachusetts College of Art. After years of working as a software designer/product owner at General Electric I went back to school to obtain my UX/Human Factors Certificate from Bentley University. I have been lucky to be able to design complex enterprise systems in the healthcare space obtaining two U.S. Patents. I have experience designing applications in the financial industry as well as the working on projects for a non-profit company that operates federally funded research and development centers. I am passionate about using my creativity to help solve my clients complex business problems. I love to listen to people's stories and identify solutions they may not be aware that they need. To go beyond what the users ask for and really understand what they need. I pride myself on developing great relationships with the teams I work with. I have a great sense of humor and try to remind the teams I work with that we are all on the same team, trying to solve the same problems so in the face of stress we need to keep that in mind and continue to laugh.
